What happens when someone is very interested in my business?

You have a choice at this stage, either go it alone by appointing solicitors and advising your accountant or request the help of a business broker as there is still a large element of project management to be done.

Can I withdraw my advert at any time?

Yes you can withdrawal your ad’ as the fee is fixed for up to 6 months.

Can I extend the period?

Yes any subsequent period of 6 months is charged at only £25

What if I need advice?

The free guide (usually £25) gives lots of helpful advice on how to sell your business. If your turnover is in excess of £500k you may benefit from an advisory service as well as advertising.

Does Advertising with you prevent me from contacting anyone else for advice?

Absolutely not, you may advertise wherever you like.

Why do I need an NDA?

A Non Disclosure Agreement enables you to disclose information with a greater degree of confidence that the information provided will not be made common knowledge e.g. to a competitor. The terms of the agreement are legally binding and place responsibilities for confidentiality on both parties.

Do you get a share of the purchase value upon sale of the business?

This site is an advertising and information site only. The only fee payable is £50 for the first advert which includes a free guide to selling your business ebook.
